Compress Locally is a free image toolkit that runs in your browser. Compress to a target size, convert between common formats, and resize images — without sending files to our servers.

Most online converters ask you to upload first, then promise to delete later. We take a simpler path: encoding happens on your device with standard web APIs (such as Canvas). Closing the tab clears in-memory previews.

What we focus on
