When you need 100KB
Some ID uploads, chat avatars, and older websites limit files near 100KB. Expect stronger compression or smaller dimensions on large phone photos.
If you cannot hit the target
If 100KB is unreachable at full resolution, lower max width first, prefer JPEG or WebP over PNG photos, then retry. Screenshots with text may need a lower dimension cap.

Is the result always under 100KB?
The tool searches quality and scale to approach the target. Extremely detailed full-resolution photos may need a lower max width before they can fit under 100KB.

Result looks soft or still too large — what now?
